Membership
Each entity becoming attached to this council shall be allowed one (1) regular voting membership. Regular membership shall be subject to approval by majority vote of the Board of Directors on an annual basis and shall be contingent upon payment of annual dues. Any regular member unable to attend a meeting has the right and duty to vote by written proxy or appoint, in writing, a substitute representative to attend with all voting rights.
WHAT WE DO
Through communication, coordination and cooperation we work to achieve the orderly planning and installation of underground facilities during right of way improvements and private developments. We promote damage prevention and safe excavation practices.
